We are looking for a highly motivated Consultant to join our dynamic Deals Advisory team. This is a unique opportunity for a sharp, analytical mind to become part of a high-performing team delivering sophisticated, high-touch M&A services in both local and cross-border contexts with small to large ticket sizes.
Location: Budapest, II. District (with hybrid options)
What you’ll do
Contribute to various phases of M&A transactions, supporting the execution of workstreams with attention to deadlines, quality, and professional standards
Assist in the preparation of key transaction deliverables, such as financial models, company valuations, industry research, investor presentations, and process documentation
Participate in due diligence processes, helping coordinate information flows between clients and external advisors (legal, tax, financial, etc.)
Conduct in-depth financial and market analysis to support decision-making and deal structuring
Attend internal and external meetings with senior team members, gaining exposure to client communication, investor interactions, and transaction negotiations
Support business development activities, including the preparation of pitch materials, research, and proposal drafting
Collaborate closely with team members in a supportive, hands-on environment that fosters continuous learning and professional growth
What we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience in M&A advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field (BIG4 background is an advantage)
Financial and accounting foundation, with the ability to interpret company financial statements and contribute to financial modelling and valuation work
Good presentation skills and the ability to convey insights in a structured, confident, and client-ready manner
Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Precision, reliability, and a meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work
A proactive, self-driven mindset with a collaborative approach and a strong sense of ownership
