Manager - Deals Advisory Services

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior advisor/ Manager to join our dynamic Deal Advisory team. This is a unique opportunity for a sharp, analytical mind to become part of a high-performing team delivering sophisticated, high-touch M&A services in both local and cross-border contexts with small to large ticket sizes. 

Location: Budapest, II. District (with hybrid options) 

What you’ll do 

• Confidentially manage and contribute to workstreams across different phases of M&A transactions, with a focus on deadlines, resource allocation, and the quality of deliverables, ensuring professional standards are consistently met 

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and trusted relationships throughout the process 

• Oversee and contribute to the development of key transaction deliverables, including financial models, business valuations, strategic analyses, process materials, and other documentation 

• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage communication between clients and external advisors (legal, tax, financial, etc.) 

• Provide hands-on mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their technical and professional development 

• Contribute to business development efforts, including the preparation of proposals and client pitches

What we’re looking for 

• 4–7 years of experience in M&A advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field (BIG4 background is an advantage) 

• Demonstrated analytical strength and a solid financial-accounting foundation, with the ability to think in complex frameworks with confidence, and construct or critically assess robust financial models and deal structures 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders 

• Precision, reliability, and a meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work 

• A proactive, self-driven mindset with a collaborative approach and a strong sense of ownership
